All reservations — including bistro dining, wine tastings, and private events — are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Laurel Haven Estate.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion, with prompt notification to the guest.

By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate contact information including your name, phone number, email address, and any relevant dietary or accessibility needs.

Bistro Dining Reservations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee for large parties

Room Reservations:

• Cancellation policies vary by room type and booking period
• Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking
• Non-refundable deposits may apply for peak seasons and special events

Private Events:

• Cancellation terms are outlined in your event contract
• Deposits may be non-refundable based on contract terms

Tickets and registrations for events hosted at Laurel Haven Estate are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Laurel Haven Estate. In the case of cancellation by us, guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Events are subject to capacity limits. Registration does not guarantee entry if capacity is reached or if the registered attendee does not arrive within the stated entry window.

• Laurel Haven Estate is a licensed winery. All guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages
• Valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest
• Outside alcohol is not permitted on the estate grounds
• Pets are welcome in designated outdoor areas only
• We are committed to responsible service of alcohol

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged
• All guests staying overnight must be registered
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Damage to accommodations may result in additional charges
• Pets are permitted in select accommodations only — please inquire at time of booking

Payment is required to confirm most reservations and event registrations. We accept major credit cards. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Prices are subject to change. Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed at checkout. Laurel Haven Estate is not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges.

Laurel Haven Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the Laurel Haven Estate website — including photographs, text, logos, graphics, and video — is the property of Laurel Haven Estate and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access to our website for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.
