We specialize in all private celebrations — weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, corporate gatherings, milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, venue rentals, and catering-only events. If it deserves a celebration, Laurel Haven is the setting.

What is the venue rental fee?

Packages begin at $3,500 for intimate events and scale based on guest count, duration, and services. Contact us for a personalized proposal.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Absolutely. We welcome your preferred photographers, florists, DJs, and more. We also maintain a curated list of estate-approved vendors if you need recommendations.

Is on-site lodging available?

Yes! Our bed & breakfast suites are available for the host party and guests. Bridal suites are included with Classic and Grand packages.

Do you offer catering-only or drop-off service?

Yes. Our catering team can provide full-service, buffet, plated, or drop-off catering for events held anywhere — not just on the estate.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 12–18 months for weddings and large events, and 3–6 months for smaller celebrations. Popular dates fill quickly — reach out early.

What is included in your event coordination?

Our coordinators handle vendor communication, day-of logistics, timeline management, setup and breakdown oversight, and everything in between so you can simply enjoy your event.
