Our wine library has recently undergone a beautiful transformation, making it the perfect venue for corporate events and private parties.
While our bespoke library makes for an intimate space for wine aficionados and novices alike, our barrel room is home to nearly 80 wine barrels. These connected spaces provide a mixture of industrial and natural décor, and can accommodate up to 50 guests for the perfect intimate party.
The dramatic backdrop of our stainless steel tanks coupled with our reclaimed wood barn make our Crush Patio the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners, private parties and casual luncheons. A covered outdoor space, the Crush Pad offers plenty of room for 30 guests for a family-style seated dinner.

The site fee includes a 3-hour event in a private space, use of any existing furnishings in that particular space, and a dedicated staff member to oversee the event. Additional time can be added to the 3-hour contract in advance at an added cost.

Sometimes, yes. If a private event is being hosted during our business hours, then the Tasting Room and outdoor patio and field will be open to the public. We do have beautiful rooms and spaces within which we can host daytime events for up to 30 guests while still offering a semi-private feel. Those spaces would be only accessible to the event guests and the vendors who are there to work.
For after-hour events, we are closed to the public, so a more private feel is enjoyed by event guests.
During the day, we can accommodate parties of 10-30 guests. After hours, we can accommodate parties of up to 40 guests.
We exclusively serve our wines at all private events. Our wines are the only alcohol to be served at daytime events. For after-hours events, the approved caterer can bring in and serve beer and liquor along with Rose Hill Vineyards wines with a proper permit.
We require a wine purchase of a half bottle per adult guest (21 years +), less a 10% discount. So for example, for a 30 person dinner party, we require a minimum of 15 bottles to be pre-selected and purchased in advance.
Depending upon the type of event, catering and seating needs, items such as (but not limited to) kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, linens, china, and stemware will need to be rented through the caterer’s preferred rental company to ensure the proper execution and flow of the event.

In an effort to comply with town regulations and to be kind to our neighbors, only non-amplified, background-volume music may be played at Rose Hill Vineyards. Bands and DJ’s are not allowed; however, we welcome a single, acoustic musician and can also offer the use of our in-house Sonos system for all events to provide lovely, background music for guests to enjoy.
